* In order to be eligible for the Agganis Guarantee for a free second test, you must participate in the road test service provided by Agganis Driving School.  This service will be provided by a certified instructor in one of our pre-approved vehicles, either during the week at the RMV, or on a Saturday at a selected Agganis location.   Please be advised that Agganis Driving School, Inc. or any of it's officers, agents, or employees cannot guarantee you will pass your road test on any attempt. The Agganis Guarantee only guarantees that you will pay for only one road test attempt. If you have fulfilled all of the requirements of the Agganis Guarantee and need to take a second road test, the same restrictions apply.   Registry fees (License Application Fee of $20.00) can not be included in Agganis Guarantee. You must pay this fee to the RMV for each attempt. Note: This guarantee is limited to a total of three road test attempts.  After that time, our regular fees for road test services will apply.
